Manche bleiben für immer an einen Ort der Geborgenheit, andere suchen die Ferne, das Unbekannte – und kehren vielleicht doch wieder. Der Kreis des Lebens, Verantwortung und Fürsorge, Freuden und Trauer, Geburt und Tod.
A shore, an elegant coastline and the moon. A combination of abstract imagery of the stage and the emotional body language of the dancers. It shows the coexistence within a community, a family, of couples and of loners. Some stay forever in a place of security, others look for the distance, the unknown – and perhaps return. The circle of life, responsibility and care, joys and sorrows, birth and death, told among vivaldis most famouse composition.
